Looking your bridal best - with Lottie Haigh Wedding Hair

Tell us about your business...
I am Lottie, an award-winning bridal hair specialist with more than 20 year's experience in hair. I put an emphasis on working with you and your unique look. I'm passionate about exclusively using cruelty free products.

What are your top tips for looking and feeling your big-day best?
Follow your heart with your look; it's great to take inspiration from magazines, blogs and your own research and use all those things to work with your natural style. It's your day to be bold and brave, so don't fear your decisions and you will feel confident on your big day.

I'm a big believer in investing in yourself ahead of your big day – that could be through different forms of relaxation, exercise, treatments and making sure you create moments for self-care.

What's your favourite way to relax and have some me time?
Being a busy mum with a successful business to run it can be a real luxury finding some me time. I love a really good bubble bath with a face mask, hair treatment, candles and a good book – it's rare! But when it happens it's so restoring and I always have a great night's sleep. I use the guided meditation and sleep stories on the Calm app to have a deep sleep. I also have started walking on my own after the kid's bedtime with headphones and a good podcast – I love Fearne Cotton's one.
