Local supplier spotlight: Let's Talk Cake

Julie, owner of Let's Talk Cake, specialises in creating modern wedding and celebration cakes from her home in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Each cake uses the finest ingredients and is exclusively created and baked to order for you. Julie also loves to use homemade preserves for fillings made from, where possible, fruits from her garden.

Julie's big-day bakes are designed in showstopping tall tiers feature ganache as her primary medium with a textured or smooth finish and sharp or rough edges. All designs are paired with fresh, pressed or dried flowers, stencilling or a touch of colour which are amongst the options to coordinate with your theme.

Julie says, "I absolutely love making new creations and no two of my celebration cakes are the same. Each one is designed in close conversation with you, whether it’s something modern and minimal or bold and joyful."
