Filled with favourites from the hotel's afternoon tea menu, the bespoke Afternoon Tea Wedding Cake can be built with up to seven tiers to include sweet treats such as The Golden One with chocolate caramel and hazelnuts, and The Strawberry Dream cheesecake with a whipped white chocolate ganache. Making this even more different, a savoury selection of goodies can also be added, including Wensleydale cheese and caramelised onion tartlets plus classic cut sandwiches, alongside classic fruit scones with preserves to suit all palates.
