Kipling House Barn, in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, opened in June 2021 following a two-year conversion of a former granary and is based on a working farm.

It's the perfect rural holiday retreat for large groups pre- or post-vows and comprises eight luxury en suite bedrooms, living areas with panoramic views, a large fully equipped farm house kitchen and a walled landscaped garden and courtyard area featuring a hot tub with garden views.

The barn's expansive square footage inside and out, is ideal for all ages (and well behaved dogs) and is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, Coast and Dales, the North Yorkshire Moors, East Yorkshire's picturesque towns and villages, the historic city of York and the former fishing port of Hull.
