This summer’s been pretty rubbish when it comes to the weather, hasn’t it? The odd sunny day, then apart from that rain, rain, and more rain. I can only offer my sympathy to all the couples who planned to wed outside back in July and August, with their dreams thwarted by yet another downpour. That’s why it’s important when choosing where to marry to take into account all options, with my Huddersfield (p15) and hotel venues (p21) suggestions able to cater for your day both inside and out.
Elsewhere this issue, I’ve been busy catching up with a whole host of Yorkshire suppliers to help those wedding dreams of yours turn into reality. Looking for something handmade in the region?
