The venue’s aesthetics embrace the industrial style of the venue while housing a desirable and modern space. The exposed brick walls and large metal beams combined with warm lighting and soft furnishings create a perfect backdrop. The venue comprises the Main Hall, a blank canvas that can be tailored to your own personal taste. The brick walls and twinkling fairylights create an instantly relaxing atmosphere. The bar area leads off from the Main Hall, the dimmed lighting, copper tones fuse with flickering candles to compose a cosy setting for a drink, inspired by the ever-expanding and creative culture of the city. The Yard is designed to complement the venue’s interior, extending its characteristic aesthetics to a charming outdoor relaxation area. Pallet furniture, bistro seating and our purpose-built outdoor bar offer the perfect setting to unwind in the sun; and when night falls, intimate wall lighting, fairylights and candles create an elegant ambience for drinking and chatting. Street food catering is the perfect addition to the Yard, allowing an al fresco dining experience. TIME TO CELEBRATE Ceremonies take place in the Main Hall area and is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies within the venue but also loves to see celebrants hold ceremonies as well. The maximum capacity for a ceremony is 120 guests. Once your ceremony is over, the Hall is then transformed into your day and evening reception space which can seat up to 200 guests depending on your room layout and furniture style. WE LOVE! This stunning venue is steeped in history and frequently described as a ‘photographer’s dream’, with guests describing a feeling of ‘stepping into history’. TIME TO CELEBRATE Civil ceremonies (non-religious only) can take place in the Large Temple – a beautiful masonic temple with stunning patterns and architecture. Large receptions can take place in the Grand Ballroom along with two bar areas, as well as an over-spill salon area where guests may wish to sit in addition. For smaller receptions, there are several other rooms including the Oak Room and White Room, (both capable of hosting around 30-50 loved ones. WE LOVE!
