A stunning destination for newlyweds, Sheraton Maldives is home to a newly completed honeymoon garden, designed especially for couples to celebrate their honeymoon in the most picturesque of settings. Surrounded by an enchanting orchard of lush foliage and exotic flowers, couples are invited to bask in the idyllic honeymoon garden during their stay. Honeymooners are invited to an exclusive cocktail reception where guests will be greeted with a custom engraved wooden token to ceremoniously hang on the standing tree in the centre of the garden, commemorating their love eternally.
“Part of our rich heritage as Sheraton Maldives, is forming traditions that come through deep rooted values. We believe to be the “World’s gathering place” and that love brings us closer together” says general manager Emilio Fortini. "To further mark the occasion, honeymooners staying for five nights or longer can enjoy a complimentary dolphin cruise and a 60-minutes couples spa treatment to ensure time spent together is treasured. What’s more, upon arrival, couples will receive a special welcome and are greeted with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates to celebrate."
Situated on the private island of Furanafushi, Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is just a 15-minute speedboat ride away from Malé International Airport, ensuring accessibility to all. The five-star resort offers 176 recently refurbished guest rooms designed to blend into the surrounding turquoise waters, pristine beaches and lush greenery. It also boasts seven restaurants and bars, the Shine Spa for Sheraton located on its very own island and three outdoor tropical fresh water pools.
