Favourbrook has once again teamed up with Royal Ascot for 2022 as Official Men’s Formalwear Licensee, bringing its sartorial and formalwear expertise back to the fabled Ascot Racecourse for what promises to be a spellbinding five days of world-class racing on this most important of years - the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Due to an update in the Official Royal Enclosure Dress Code, Favourbrook marked a first for the prestigious event by creating the navy ‘Furlong’ morning suit, the first such navy morning suit permitted in the Royal Enclosure in the event’s history. The navy morning suit returns this year, alongside the more traditional black and charcoal morning coats to complement an array of formal trouser styles, together with new waistcoats, ties and pocket squares for the discerning racegoer.
“As Official Men’s Formalwear Licensee for Royal Ascot once again, and on such a special year, we’re delighted to be able to dress invitees to the Royal Enclosure, ensuring they look perfectly elegant,” said Favourbrook founder Oliver Spencer. “There’s no other event in the world for which the dress code is quite so significant and so we feel very honoured to be able to represent the time-honoured sartorial tradition of morning dress.”
