Wells Beach is easily one of Norfolk's most pleasing. The sand goes on for miles and miles and hundreds of quirky, colourful beach huts on stilts, run along the pine forest wall and back dunes. You can access the beach via the nearby carpark, or it's a short walk or miniature rail ride from the town along the East Fleet river.

Whitby, Yorkshire
Situated at the mouth of the River Esk on Yorkshire's East Coast, Whitby is a traditional seaside resort and port with a fascinating history and scenic views.
